Personality

President Hopper is a docile man who cares about his country, explicitly commanding the Vice President to never let the public learn about demon's existence and wish to prevent Bio Weapon's existence known to the public. However, Hopper is shown to be an easily manipulated individual as his Vice President claims Hopper is only interested in his public image while he is the one who actually runs the country.

Hopper is shown to be increasingly unstable due to the pressures of re-election along with his culpability in Uroboros's corruption within the government begin to squeeze him. As such, he is shown to be an underhanded man more than willing to sell out his benefactors and partners to re-assert his position. This ultimately backfires on him, which resulted in an unstable chain of command and subsequently being killed by DarkCom soldiers.
